ARMA FIXING SYSTEMS EXPAND ITS CUSTOMER PORTFOLIO IN 2021

Founded in 1980 as a mold workshop, ARMA FIXING SYSTEMS is a key company in international markets with its growing product range by innovative solutions to the fastener industry.

Products such as fixing clamps, hose clamps, ear clamps, exhaust clamps, heavy-duty clamps, metal connection clips, cage nuts, metal brackets and metal components, as well as plastic clips and other plastic fasteners, which are used extensively especially in the automotive and white goods sector are manufactured by the company included in its portfolio.  One of the biggest advantages of the company is that they can design new molds, gauges, apparatus and machines according to customer drawings with their strong R&D and molding staff.

Since its establishment, it has shown a significant growth in its production capacity, product range and customer portfolio. In 2019, ARMA increased its export rate from 42% to 48% and achieved 10% growth in the European region. Today, the company serves customers in more than 30 countries around the world  mostly in Europe and the USA.

ARMA  which offers completely innovative products for its customers in different sectors, integrates the innovation system related value judgments and working methods into the company in parallel with its R&D and continuous improvement studies. Especially with the move to the new factory in 2016, machinery investments were accelerated. With the plastic product production project, plastic injection machine and plunge erosion benches were added to the machine park. A new product line was commissioned by increasing the level of automation in clamp production. In the metal clips division, an increase has been recorded in the number of new servo-driven mass production machines produced by the company. In addition, a new automatic clamp production line in clamp production and a more complicated control line are targeted by investing additional camera and sensor systems in the company's own design and 100% sorting machine commissioned last year.All these studies will help ARMA to increase the level of digitalization of its processes within the scope of Industry 4.0.

With its high production capacity and product quality that meets customer expectations at the maximum level, it expands its customer portfolio every year in the sector. Parallel to this, it pays special attention to participate in the world's leading Fasteners and Automotive fairs.

ARMA FIXING SYSTEMS will take its place in Fastener Fair Stuttgart, which is the biggest and most important fair of the fastener industry which is planned to be organized in November 2021, but postponed to the first quarter of 2023 due to the pandemic, to which it regularly attends. In addition, it will also have the opportunity to promote its products by participating in the International Automotive Suppliers Fair (IZB), which is held in Wolfsburg, Germany, every two years, in the last quarter of 2022.

ARMA FIXING SYSTEMS aims to increase its export share to 50% in 2021 and a 25% growth in total.
